Because of Excellent Volunteer Help!
Thanks so much for considering being part of the Indiana Artisan staff by supporting the Artisans through a volunteer position!!
In appreciation for the time, volunteers receive an admission ticket to use (or give away) any time throughout the weekened, a cool Holiday Marketplace apron (Yes, there is such a thing. Wait ’til you see it.) and snacks to keep your energy level high throughout your shift. The load-in shift isn’t onerous, but it’s critically important because load-in sets the tone for the weekend for the Artisans, so we’re offering two tickets to those volunteers.
If you’re available all weekend, sign up to volunteer any shift, any day. If you want to volunteer more than one shift, of course we welcome that.
Rosalyn Demaree works closely with all volunteers before and during the Holiday Marketplace. Her email is Rosalyn@IndianaArtisan.org, and this link will tee up an email to her. Send her a message, and she will be in touch.

And here are the duties and shifts we could use your help with:
The load-in and load-out shifts help Artisans move in and out of their booths, and here is when that happens:
2:30-5:30 pm Friday, Nov. 25
7:00-10:00 am Saturday, Nov. 26
4:45-6:45 pm Sunday, Nov. 27
The hospitality shifts sell tickets; greet guests; staff the information desk, package pick-up and Friends of Indiana Artisan booth; float around the hall, providing a hand wherever a guest or Artisan needs one; and booth sit when an Artisan needs a break. The shifts are:
9:30 am-12:30 pm Saturday, Nov. 26
Noon-3:30 pm Saturday, Nov. 26
3:00-6:00 pm Saturday, Nov. 26
9:30 am-12:30 pm Sunday, Nov. 27
Noon-3:30 pm Sunday, Nov. 27
3:00-6:30 pm Sunday, Nov. 27
